Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "hh77 Platform" refers to the website accessible at hh77.today, all associated subdomains, the hh77 mobile interface, and all services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Player Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a User for the purpose of accessing hh77 services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR or an equivalent currency, which are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a Player Account, which become withdrawable only upon fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by hh77 prior to the processing of withdrawal requests or the lifting of account restrictions.
• "Restricted Activities" refers to any conduct identified under Section 8 of these Terms as being prohibited on the hh77 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the hh77 account registration process, by making a deposit into a hh77 Player Account, or by placing any wager or bet on the hh77 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accepted the hh77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the hh77 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

hh77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any representation made by a Player at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the hh77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hh77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and any funds held forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied for or be subject to a self-exclusion period on hh77 or any affiliate platform.
• Not on a Restricted List: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of hh77 or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hh77 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms. hh77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hh77 will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held across the duplicate accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. This information must be accurate at the time of registration and kept current thereafter. Players may update their contact details by contacting hh77 support. Changes to name or date of birth require supporting documentation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hh77 account credentials. hh77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. You agree to notify hh77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. hh77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.4 Account Ownership

Player Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your hh77 account or any interest therein to any third party. hh77 accounts may not be used by any person other than the registered account holder.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hh77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Raast, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit on the hh77 Platform is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. Deposits below the applicable minimum will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification;
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus balance must be fully met;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance;
• The withdrawal method must correspond to a payment method previously used for deposit, unless an exception is approved by hh77 support following KYC review;
• There must be no outstanding compliance, fraud, or dispute flags on the account.

5.4 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within twelve minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within two to four hours. hh77 reserves the right to extend processing times for enhanced verification in exceptional circumstances.

5.5 Player Funds

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from hh77 operational funds. This means your Real Money Balance is protected and available for withdrawal regardless of hh77's financial position. The segregated fund policy applies to all Real Money Balances but does not extend to Bonus Balances prior to wagering requirement fulfilment.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hh77 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional conditions stated in the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotional terms for each bonus. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Player Account, after which any unmet wagering and associated bonus balance will be removed.

6.3 Game Weighting

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering. Game contribution rates are published in the hh77 bonus terms documentation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

hh77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using hh77 funds, systematic exploitation of free spins with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of the bonus, related winnings, and potentially permanent account suspension.

6.5 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. hh77 reserves the right to withhold promotional offers where there is evidence of coordinated abuse from a shared address or network.

7. Betting & Game Rules

All games available on the hh77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on hh77:

• All bets placed and accepted by the hh77 system are final. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement unless a specific in-play edit feature is available and explicitly applied.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sporting event, hh77 will resolve the bet according to the outcome verifiable from official records. Where no verified outcome exists, bets may be voided at hh77's discretion.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to the bet.
• hh77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of price manipulation.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are subject to change at hh77's discretion based on market conditions and player account history.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hh77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one hh77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the hh77 Platform in any automated manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting programming errors, software bugs, or display errors to obtain credits or winnings not legitimately earned;
• Engaging in money laundering, financing illegal activities, or using hh77 to transfer funds for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment;
• Accessing the hh77 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hh77 employees, agents, or other players via any hh77 communication channel;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed without prior communication with hh77 support.

9. Responsible Gaming

hh77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. hh77 provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their account of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login and deposit functionality is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the hh77 Platform may apply for self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting hh77 support. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six months. Players under self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications.

hh77 strongly encourages any player who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others to make use of these tools or to contact the hh77 support team for assistance. Play responsibly and within your means. hh77 is entertainment — not a source of income.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hh77 Platform — including but not limited to the hh77 brand name, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hh77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hh77 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of hh77 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the hh77 Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the hh77 Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or circumstances beyond hh77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the hh77 Platform that is subject to technical error or delay;
• Any gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of gaming activity on the hh77 Platform.

hh77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the hh77 Platform, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

hh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or participation in Restricted Activities;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of the request being made;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the account relationship;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment processor without prior notification to hh77 support;
• Compliance with a legal instruction, court order, or regulatory directive requiring account suspension.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, hh77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, in cases of confirmed fraud, the Real Money Balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the primary deposit method on record.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hh77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and hh77 that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licencing jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

14. Dispute Resolution & Contact

hh77 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and efficiently. Players who wish to raise a dispute or complaint should follow this process:

1. Contact hh77 Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the hh77 support team via the contact email listed on this website. Provide your account username, a description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. hh77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to the hh77 compliance team, which will conduct a formal review within 7 business days.
3. External Dispute Resolution: If the formal review does not produce a resolution satisfactory to both parties, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body associated with hh77's international gaming licence.
